Shipping policy

Delivery

Womens’ shapes and sizes are all different, and we care to make sure your orders fit you perfectly. Therefore each of our items are custom created especially to fit your size and shape, so please allow us 3-5 days for the garment to be produced since the order. You can leave your fit preferences in the order notes at the checkout.

Delivery in the UK

Parcels are shipped directly from our studio in London.
Estimate delivery to all addresses within UK 2-5 working days.  Standard delivery operates weekdays Mon - Fri 8am to 7pm. Premium Courier Service DHL / Royal Mail is £3.95 (unless there's a free shipping promotion).

Delivery in the US

Parcels are shipped directly from our studio in London.
Estimate delivery to all addresses within USA 3-10 working days.  Standard delivery operates weekdays Mon - Fri 8am to 7pm. Premium Courier Service DHL / DPD is £15 (unless there's a free shipping promotion).

International Delivery

Estimate delivery to all other countries- is  up to 14 working days. Shipping charges are by country (unless there's a free shipping promotion). 

  • All parcels are shipped directly from our studio in the UK, therefore some international orders may be liable for Custom Duty and local taxes.
  • Since the 1st January 2021, if your parcel is being delivered to any EU country, it may be liable for Custom Duty and Local Taxes. These fees are the responsibility of the purchaser.
  • Our currier will contact you once your parcel has shipped from our warehouse and before delivery, in order for you to pay these additional fees directly to the carrier.
  •  Orders with multiple items may be dispatched in separate parcels. You will only be charged one delivery fee; however, duties and taxes are charged upon delivery of each item.
  •  Failure to pay this additional duty or tax will result in your parcel being returned to us.
  • Please speak to your local Customs Office if you have any queries regarding this.
